Working with Me

Therapy can feel intimidating at first, especially if you haven’t felt fully heard before. My role is to provide a welcoming, pressure-free space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Together, we’ll work in a way that respects your story and your needs, helping you uncover insights and find your own path forward.

My Approach

I practice person-centred therapy, guided by your experiences and goals.  Whether you’re navigating life transitions, feeling stuck, or managing overwhelming emotions, I’ll walk alongside you — not to tell you what to do, but to support you as you make sense of what’s happening and discover your own solutions.

There’s no right way to feel or pace to follow – all of you is welcome, just as you are. Together, we’ll work in a way that feels right for you.

Therapy Can Help with:

  • Improving emotional well-being: Exploring feelings like anxiety, sadness, frustration, or guilt and addressing their root causes in a supportive environment.
  • Fostering self-awareness: Identifying thought and behaviour patterns that may be holding you back and reconnecting with your values and strengths.
  • Enhancing relationships: Supporting communication, conflict resolution, and navigating personal or professional relationships.
  • Building resilience: Developing healthier coping strategies to better manage stress and life’s challenges.
  • Promoting healing and growth: Processing past trauma, working through grief, or exploring identity to feel more connected to yourself and others.

These are just some of the ways therapy could make a difference for you. Our sessions are shaped by what feels right for you – creating a space where you can explore freely, gain clarity and discover a way forward that reflects your unique values and goals.
