OUR SERVICES

Couples Counselling

I provide relationship or marriage/divorce counselling to either help you both explore the difficulties and receive support to help you move forward. Counselling can help with understanding, provide clarity and assist in helping each person find out what they want or need.

Individual Counselling

Therapy offers a safe and confidential place to talk to a trained professional about your feelings and concerns. You might talk about difficult events in your life, your relationships and emotions. You may have negative thoughts and behaviours that you want to change.

Relationship Counselling

I provide relationship counselling one-to-one. You may wish to have relationship counselling on your own and without your partner attending. This can be particularly helpful and supportive if you are unsure about what is going wrong or what went wrong or what to do next.

What is E-Counselling, Online Therapy, or Cybertherapy?

As we learned to navigate our world under the cloud of Covid-19, the majority of therapists and clients have changed to online therapy, e-counselling or phone therapy.  Whatever the methods may be, they can all be effective and beneficial for the client. Many forward-thinking therapists were already trained in Cyber Counselling and the rest of…
